FIELD: items of personal use.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to hand carts for cargo transportation. In the household handcart there is a mechanism of moving the running wheels on an axis, and is additionally supplied with the mechanism of the hand control including a rigid tubular element, fixed on basic frame with possibility of axial moving in a vertical plane having a cable inside, with possibility of axial moving of the cable in relation to a tubular element. The motionless handle is fixed rigidly on the top free end of a tubular element; the end of this handle is pivotally interfitted and spring-loaded in relation to the mobile handle in a vertical plane of the thrust plate including a plug with a clamp on the free end, fixed to the cable end, with possibility of moving a clamp in a groove executed in a tubular element. The bottom free end of a tubular element is rigidly interfitted with the end of the flexible hollow element bearing continuation of a cable of rigid tubular element, with possibility of axial movement of a flexible hollow element in L-shaped holder, fixed in the bottom part on a basic frame. The second end of a flexible hollow element is rigidly fixed on the top axis of a rigid framework. The fixing mechanism includes the flat trapezoidal support rigidly fixed in a horizontal plane on the second end of a cable and turned by the smaller basis towards a flexible hollow element with possibility of moving in an axial direction in a horizontal plane and interaction by lateral surfaces with the free ends of holders. The larger basis of the flat trapezoidal support is executed with possibility of interaction with the terminator rigidly fixed on the top axis of a rigid framework, and the free ends of holders are executed convex, and lateral surfaces of the flat trapezoidal support are bent, copying surfaces of the free ends of holders.
