SUBSTANCE: container 1 accommodates lifting pipe 5 of a flexible material, sleeve 10 and screwed-in transmitter with a hole 11 for the pipe and straight-through air hole 9. Sleeve 10 is secured on pipe 5 with a provision for encompassing it while hole 9 communicates with a cavity between the sleeve and container wall. The container has flange 14 installed under a fitting. The outer edge of flange interacts with enveloping inner part of clamping ring 17. EFFECT: improved design. 10 cl, 3 dwg
