SUBSTANCE: the aventurine glass comprises (wt %): 7-9 aluminium oxide; 16-19 calcium oxide; 1-2 magnesium oxide; 3-4 manganese oxide; 4-5 ferric oxide; 2-3.5 chromium oxide; 0.7-1.0 phosphorus oxide; 4-6 sodium oxide; 1-3 potassium oxide; 4-16 titanium oxide; 0.1-0.5 nickel oxide; and silicon oxide, the balance. The cooking temperature 1360-1380 C; the glass hardness 850-880 kg/sq.mm. EFFECT: improved quality of the glass. 1 tbl
