FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device comprises carrying members, hollow cutting drum with its drive, axial liquid delivery pipes, distributors of liquid delivered to nozzles for spraying of teeth, and cutting drum separating drives. Teeth and spraying nozzles are disposed on the external side surface of the cutting drum. A drum rotating drive comprises a step-down transmission stage disposed concentrically with longitudinal axis of the cutting drum. Step-down transmission has a fixed member with liquid-delivery channel, said member being rigidly attached to carrying members. Axial pipes are disposed in the axial zone of the cutting drum and are rigidly attached to the fixed member. Distributors are accommodated in the cutting drum at its corresponding end surface. Axial pipe extends to end surface of the cutting drum and enters the distributor. Nozzles are hydraulically connected through axial pipes with teeth and/or with drives for separation of spreading apart the cutting drums. EFFECT: improved design. 9 cl, 6 dwg
