FIELD: municipal facilities, chemical, oil-and-gas industry, cut-off and regulating devices in sanitary equipment and pipe fittings. SUBSTANCE: casing of device has inlet and outlet pipe unions separated by a partition with two-sided seat which is covered at the side of inlet pipe union by a movable cut-off and regulating member while at the side of the outlet pipe union, by a cut-off and regulating member connected with a drive. A pusher is movably installed in the hole of the seat. The cut-off member has the form of a sleeve with a flexible bellows wall and side holes for the passage of the working fluid. The open end of the sleeve is rigidly secured in inlet pipe union. EFFECT: improved design. 2 dwg
