SUBSTANCE: device comprises chambers connected to pipeline, chambers accommodating drums wound with flexible hoses whose free ends are turned inside out and fastened in pipeline. Chambers communicate through valves with air supply system while the chamber with porous hose inside has an adhesive powder supply system. Installed between hoses is a device for forming a layer of adhesive. Said device is propelled by hose ends when they are rolled out by pressure of air delivered alternatively through valves.
