SUBSTANCE: device comprises HF generator, LF generator, two selective amplifiers, receiver and radiator, amplitude modulator whose inputs are connected with LF and HF generators and which is loaded on amplifier, series-connected linear amplitude detector connected to output of first selective amplifier, low-frequency filter and phase meter whose second input is connected with output of selective amplifier. The receiving converter is nondirectional. EFFECT: higher accuracy of measurements. 2 dwg
