SUBSTANCE: method consists in measurement of vector of bias voltage of neutral and module of phase voltage in two states of system and subsequent calculations by respective formulas. States are created by switching over terminals of auxiliary source cut-in between current-carrying parts and ground. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 dwg
