FIELD: three-phase power networks. SUBSTANCE: in correspondence with proposed method phase voltage of network, voltages of phases relative to ground and voltage between neutral of three-phase network and ground ahead of connection of additional capacitance are measured additionally apart from measurement of phase voltage of network, voltages of phases to ground and voltages between neutral of three-phase network and ground when additional capacitance is connected. Method makes feasible to determine active component of insulation resistance of network phases to ground practically under any asymmetry of voltages of network phases relative to ground that may exist in real electric networks. Invention suggests relations to determine active and capacitive components of insulation resistance of phases relative to ground. EFFECT: determination of active and capacitive components of insulation resistance of network phases to ground under any asymmetry of voltages of network phases to ground. 4 dwg
