FIELD: measuring engineering. SUBSTANCE: the method is based on measurement of neutral shift voltage in three conditions of the system. Two conditions are obtained by bringing in and out the emf in the auxiliary circuit connected between the current-conducting parts and earth, the third condition is created by disconnection of one of the mains phases from the operating current source and cutting in an auxiliary resistor.
