FIELD: test equipment. SUBSTANCE: input of number of pulses set-point device 19 is connected with output of the first AND gate 15. Output of master oscillator 1 is connected with input of square-shaped signal former 11. Inputs of the second AND gate 23 are connected with output of unit signal source 24 and with output of the first trigger 17. Output of AND gate 23 is connected with control input of switch element 22. Output of element 22 is connected to the second input of adder 21, which has the first input connected with output of generator 1. Output of adder 21 is connected with input of amplitude regulator 2.
