FIELD: test technology. SUBSTANCE: device has a second counter, third comparison unit 30, second switching unit 31, decoder 32, second AND gate 33, fourth flip-flop 34, "preset" input 35, control input 36, fourth switch element 37, second OR gate 38 and new functional connections. On setting the second counter in a subtraction mode a mode characterized by linearly-discretely decreasing repetition rate of pulses for exciting a vibrator is realized. On setting the second counter in an adding mode a mode characterized by linearly-discretely increasing pulse repetition rate is realized, the modes periodically alternating. EFFECT: widened operating capabilities due to forming pulse signal trains with linearly-discretely varying pulse repetition rate. 3 dwg
