SUBSTANCE: vibration regulator has series-connected periodic-signal generator 1, amplitude control 2, first switch 3, power amplifier 4, vibrator 5, vibrator power supply 6, matching amplifier 7, and also series-connected peak value meter 8, storage unit 9, comparison unit 10, series-connected square-signal shaper 11, inverter 12, first pulse counter 13, first differential unit 14, AND gate 15, first and second flip-flops 16, 17, second differential unit 18, number-of-pulses setting device 19, third differential unit 20, second pulse counter 21, digital-to-analog converter 22, first, second, and third switches 23-25, second through fifth switches 26-29, threshold element 30, adder 31. Regulator can operate in two modes: shaping of pulse train of fixed amplitude with preset relative pulse duration and also shaping of bursts of sine-wave signals with linearly decaying amplitude and linearly rising frequency within each burst.
