FIELD: electrical engineering; hydraulic drives for high-voltage circuit breakers, mainly for sulphur hexafluoride switches. SUBSTANCE: operating mechanism has operating cylinder 2 with piston 3 and rod 4 for coupling with movable contact 1 of circuit breaker, energy accumulator made in form of bellows 10 closed at ends by covers 11, 12 one of which is movable and filled with compressed gas; operating mechanism has also hydraulic accumulator, control valve 7, pumping unit and drain reservoir. Novelty in design of operating mechanism is that hydraulic accumulator is made in form of bellows 9 filled with working fluid and arranged between base of cylinder 2 and movable cover of gas bellows. Diameter of bellows 9 filled with fluid is 2 - 3 times less than diameter of gas bellows 10. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities. 3 cl, 1 dwg
