FIELD: steerable antennas for relay and optoelectronic communications. SUBSTANCE: device has hollow bearing-positioning shaft 4 mounting steerable platform 7. Bearing-positioning shaft accommodates communication pipe 9 carrying movable carriage 12. Steering drive 20 is joined through carriage with platform 7. When device is used for optical communications, turning periscope mirrors 8 forming optical joint are mounted on platform 7 and on end of pipe 9.
