FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: method involves the following presowing soil treatment: topsoil ripping as deep as 14-16 cm, making the seedbed 1.5-2.0 cm thick, and making a moderately compact underlying layer of soil 11-13 cm thick. The crop is sown with raw spacings of 30 cm, and the depth of seed placement is 14-16 cm. The under-seed furrows are 8-10 cm deep. As the crop is 10-15 cm in height, the field is cross-harrowed with pushing the ridge soil into furrows, bending the plants down, and earthing the lower parts of stalks. EFFECT: improved growing conditions. 2 cl, 7 dwg, 1 tbl
