FIELD: storage of food products. SUBSTANCE: container has two chambers divided by partition with bypass hole, and gas mixture supply source connected with container through pipeline. Container has cover with two holes one of which is arranged along axis of symmetry and is closed by bellows with stopper. Safety valve is installed in other hole. Container has also bypass valve installed in bypass hole of partition, and rod fitted by one end in axial hole of cover and engaging with bellows stopper. The other end of rod is fitted in bypass hole of partition and it engages with bypass valve. Mounted on rod are gauze baskets for food products provided with bushing in form of hollow cylinder along axis of each basket. EFFECT: enhanced conditions of storage. 1 dwg
