FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: container has casing including base, side walls, cover and perforated vessel for agricultural products. Gas discharge head, safety valve, return valve and corrugated case are positioned on cover. Collapsible rod-type carcass is positioned in receptacles formed in base and casing cover. Feeding trough is mounted on cover at side adjoining to base for contacting therewith. Corrugated case is made from hermetically sealing material and is fixed in feeding trough. Side walls are extending along perimeter of casing and are made in the form of protective housings pivotally connected to cover and coupled to base through helical tie rods, whose lower bars are connected with base and upper bars are positioned for engagement with spring-loaded fingers fixed on cover and with spring-loaded fingers fixed on safety housings. Container is used for storage of vegetables in preservative medium. EFFECT: reduced dimensions of container suitable for transportation, improved operating characteristics and simplified construction. 6 dwg
