FIELD: domestic equipment. SUBSTANCE: collapsible seat-table has at least three inclined telescopic poles and pole fastening members. Triangular upper and lower flexible members forming seat are secured on poles one above the other. Telescopic poles are inclined counterclockwise so that first profile shaped as hyperboloid of rotation is formed. Fastening system has sliding sleeves with hooks. Each sleeve is connected through flexible tie-rod with supporting member of adjacent pole in the direction oriented counterclockwise. Flexible tie-rods are also inclined counterclockwise so that second profile shaped as hyperboloid of rotation is formed. Supporting members of poles are connected along their perimeters by flexible drag bar. Upper flexible web is secured with its corner portions on upper ends of telescopic pole rods. When poles are in extended position, flexible web forms surface of table. EFFECT: increased convenience and wider capabilities. 5 dwg
