FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: device has cylindrical case 1, inside which piston 2 is disposed, mounted on hollow rod 7 which is connected with handle 8, and device 10 for rarefaction. Device is provided with basic electrode 6 mounted inside hollow rod 7, onto working end of the rod magnetic element 9 is fastened. Device has side electrodes 3 and 4 disposed in lower part of the case. Power source 5 is disposed in top part of the case. Supply 5 is connected with side electrodes 3 and 4 and basic electrode through current leads. Unit 10 is made in form of elastic vacuum sucker. There is a partition in the place where the sucker is connected with case 1. The space is formed for filling with medicinal preparations. Side electrodes 3 and 4 and magnetic element 9 are located inside vacuum sucker. Case, piston provided with rod and handle are made of non-metal thermoplastic material, for example, of polystyrene.
