SUBSTANCE: apparatus has breath in generator 1, control unit 2 provided with control pulse formers 3, breath circuit 4, actuating mechanism 5 provided with electromagnetic valves 6. Control unit 2 is connected with stabilizers 7 through formers 3. Stabilizers 7 have controlled dividers 8 and bridge transistor circuits 9 connected with outputs of stabilizers. Electromagnetic valves 6 are connected across a diagonally opposite pair of junctions of the bridges. EFFECT: improved efficiency; improved reliability. 2 cl, 2 dwg
