FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has circuit 1 for blood separation including main 2 for intake of blood and anticoagulant, flowing chamber 3 for blood separation, whose inlet channel via main 7 for blood supply. Flowing chamber has pump 8 coupled with main 2 for blood intake. One channel 6 for outlet of flowing chamber is connected to main of reinfusing via main 11 for return of form cells having pump 12. Other outlet channel 5 is coupled with main 9 for plasma outlet. Main 15 for plasma inlet has consequently connected pump 18, oxigenerator 19 and heat exchanger 20. They are connected to main 9 for plasma outlet of separation circuit through accumulator 13, to main 24 for supply of biological sorbent and to feeding member 25 of main for washing this sorbent. Main 15 has chamber 16 for centrifugal refining with channel 17 for plasma inlet and channel for outlet of refined plasma which is coupled with branch member of main for washing and with main 10 for reinfusing via main 21 for return of refined plasma connected to main 23 for supply of plasma substituting solution.
