SUBSTANCE: device for therapeutic plasma substitution contains an extracorporeal circuit that contains a blood supply line, a separation unit, a line for the infusion of shaped elements, a line for the infusion of substituting liquid medium, a blood plasma line, an anticoagulant line and at least one independent line for drugs that contains storage means, transporting means, promoting means and means for regulating the flow of the specified drug. The line for drugs has common transporting means, promoting means and means for regulating the flow with one or more other lines of the device. The specified common promoting means are at least one reversible peristaltic pump. The specified common means for regulating the flow are built into a radial distributor designed to allow the passage of specific liquid and prevent the passage of other liquids through the specified distributor.

EFFECT: aim of the invention is ensuring the possibility of injecting drugs simultaneously with the plasma substitution procedure and regardless of the injection of substituting liquid medium, as well as improving transportability.
