SUBSTANCE: in the course of continuous blood sampling and division into plasma and blood elements one should return blood elements and plasma purified through isolated hepatocytes into a body. Separated blood elements before the return should be oxygenated in a membranous oxygenator, moreover, the first portion of the most toxic plasma at the quantity of 50-80% against the volume of circulating plasma is subjected to exfusion immediately after division. The present method activates protective functions of a body and shortens the terms of postoperative rehabilitation. EFFECT: increased detoxication action.
