FIELD: rescue and life-saving systems. SUBSTANCE: this rescue system includes means 1 for transmitting distress signals 2 and transceiver facilities for generating command signals to rescue means. Heavy long-range ballistic missile 9 capable of promptly reaiming relative to any coordinate on globe surface and provided with controlled heads 10 that can be directed toward distress area and guided in final leg with respect to distress signal 2 means 1. Each head includes cargo parachute system 12 capable of being landed on both ground and water and/or water- and ground-mobile boats 13 guidable by distress signals. Disclosed system can be employed as international rescue means assisted by components already developed by the present time.
