SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of saving people using aircraft means. Method of prompt delivery of rescue equipment with the use of a missile complex consists in choosing from a set of missiles, equipped with an interchangeable warhead (IW). Missile is directed to the object of rescue, then the IW is separated from the missile, reciprocating engine of the IW is started, object of rescue is searched for, the IW is lowered the lowest possible height, and the IW is left hanging at a predetermined and calculated distance hang from the object of rescue. Then, a safe dump of containers with rescue equipment is carried out and the IW is moved to a safe distance. IWs have containers, containing means of rescue, means of separation and braking of the warhead (IW), control system for the IW, sensors of detection and equipment for identification of the object of rescue in the field of their possible location, piston engine for low-level flight and a container discharge system, means of communication.

EFFECT: provides the fastest and most accurate delivery of rescue equipment.
