FIELD: manufacturing of plastic products. SUBSTANCE: device has cutting member mounted on supporting plate and formed as a pair of supporting and separating rollers with drive made in the form of pneumatic cylinder. Rollers are connected with pneumatic cylinder through rack drive. Cutting member mounted on pressure frame has a pair of spring-biased pressure rollers, which are arranged in symmetry with respect to supporting and separating rollers for movement perpendicular to pressure frame. Pressure frame is fixed on bed with its one end by means of pivot joint. Transverse welding and cutting mechanism pneumatic cylinders are connected with one pneumatic distributor. Film feeding mechanism has feeding drum with freewheel clutch fit onto its shaft and spring-biased pressure roller. Feeding drum is connected with pneumatic cylinder stem through toothed rack drive. Pressure roller is mounted for engagement with feeding drum. Device is further provided with counting unit having mechanical counter mounted on bed and pivot joint secured on shaft and adapted for fastening lever pressure frame. Lever is mounted for engagement with counter. EFFECT: increased efficiency and enhanced reliability in operation. 2 cl, 2 dwg
