FIELD: food processing industry. SUBSTANCE: bearing frame carries rotatable dosing tower with dosing cylinders, each cylinder has measuring beaker with piston having rod with roller. Above tower there is cross-piece rigidly attached to frame. Device has template engageable with rollers, product feeding headpiece, cutting mechanism having ring-shaped knives and rotatable knife, pneumatic drive, stops mounted on cross-piece, and lock gears whose number is equal to number of dosing cylinders and made up of bushing with two-arm levers positioned on different levels. One arm of lower lever is engageable with end of piston, another arm is engageable with adjustable stop mounted on tower. Bow-shaped arms of upper levers are engageable with pneumatic drive and stop mounted on cross-piece. Lower end of each measuring beaker is cone-shaped. Ring-shaped knife is mounted on lower end of measuring beaker and is provided with ring for its tightening against tower and looks like bushing with stepped channel. Rotatable knife is a disk with its cutting edge angle not exceeding 15 deg. The disk is spring-loaded, and its side is flush-mounted with face of bushing.
