FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to production of meat and meat and vegetable canned food, and is intended for packing lumpy meat or meat and vegetable raw materials in glass or metal cans. The can filling device includes a filler and a dispenser connected to it. The filler is a box-shaped frame structure with a motor reducer installed on it, an auger in a housing, a pneumatic pusher and a shoe. The motor reducer is connected by its shaft to the auger, placed in a housing, consisting of a shell and a container filled with water, covering the lower part of the shell. The auger consists of a bushing, a rod and coils, a bunker is fixed on the auger body, consisting of a conical funnel fixed on the flange, to which the sides and slides are connected. The shoe is fixed on one side cantilevered through a flange connection on the screw body, while the second side of the shoe is brought under the drum and pressed against it by a pneumatic clamp. The shoe is made in form of a shell of variable section, consisting of flanges located at an angle relative to each other, and a channel. A pneumatic pusher is installed above the hopper, made in form of a rack with a pneumatic cylinder located on it with a spacer and a tip. The dispenser has a drum, a feeler, a drive, a shoe pneumatic clamp and a track placed on the support frame. The drum is mounted on a shaft, connected to the drive and consists of two bases, between which the cylinders are located. A knife is attached to the bottom base. Pistons are installed inside the drum cylinders, fixed on it through covers. Shoe pneumatic clamp is configured to automatically press the shoe to the drum base when the drum cylinder is filled with the product, and the track with guides for passing cans through the dispenser is made with a receiving sprocket and a transport sprocket.
EFFECT: increased reliability by reducing the possibility of wedging and destruction of the bearing and the possibility of stepless and visual adjustment of force and support, increasing the productivity of the device in operation by providing ability to adapt the assembly to different products, as well as improving maintainability.
