FIELD: textile industry. SUBSTANCE: device has feeding mechanism connected through variable-speed drive with driving electric motor. Adjusting screw of variable-speed drive is coupled with control induction motor. Electric circuit of variable-speed drive has FORWARD and BACKWARD starters whose power contacts are connected with control motor output through reverse circuit. Rotational frequency pulse sensor is kinematically coupled with feeding mechanism and is electrically coupled with digital speed meter. The latter has three-position reference input elements and three position outputs, respectively. Make contacts of first and third outputs of speed meter are shunted by make interlocking contacts of FORWARD and BACKWARD starters, respectively, and are connected by some ends with supply voltage zero conductor through corresponding coils of starters, and by other ends, with supply voltage phase F through break contact of speed meter second output.
