Device also has carrier 10 of filament 12 wound on bobbin 11, program control unit 13 with circuit 14 of check of termination of working cycle, functional switches 15, operation switch 16, relay 17, emergency stop unit 18 and signalling circuit 19. In addition program control unit has element 20 of control over movement to the right, element 21 of control over movement to the left and change over element 22.
