SUBSTANCE: essence of this method resides in applying coat of rosin to iron powder particles, carrying out pyrolysis of starch to critical transformation depth (0.5 to 0.8), admixing all pyrotechnic composition ingredients and then applying latter to metallic rod with allowing each applied coat to dry during process. EFFECT: more sophisticated technique.
