FIELD: medicine, drugs. SUBSTANCE: hydroxyethylated amylopectin starch is hydrolyzed at hydrochloric acid concentration 0.07-0.10N (pH solution is 1.0), at 88-72 C. Hydrolysate is purified by ultrafiltration on diaphragms with cutting off limit by globular proteins 5000-30000 D, under pressure 0.06-0.10 MPa, at 35-50 C following by cooling up to 20-30 C and concentration on the same diaphragms under pressure 0.1-0.15 MPa up to the content of hydroxyethylated starch 6.0 6,0 ± 0,5 0.5 wt.-%. EFFECT: improved method of starch hydrolysate preparing.
