FIELD: polymeric materials. SUBSTANCE: method of grafted copolymer preparing involves emulsion polymerization of butylacrylate in the presence of cross-linking agent, radical initiating agent and emulsifier. Prepared latex is added to the aqueous suspension containing vinyl chloride or a mixture of vinyl chloride and 20 wt.- % copolymerizing monomer, initiating agent, suspending agent following by polymerization. Before latex polymer addition aqueous suspension is heated up to 32 C. Method is used for thermoplastics preparing. EFFECT: improved method of copolymer preparing. 2 tbl
