FIELD: care of leather articles. SUBSTANCE: the agent for cleaning leather articles comprises (wt %): 25-27 tetrafluoroethylene emulsion polymerization waste; 3.0-5.0 wax; 13.0-15.0 ammonia production waste; 6.0-7.0 5-syntamide or its production waste; 30.0-32.0 kerosene; 5.0-6.0 hydrochloric acid; and 13.0-14.0 water. A formulation amount of all the ingredients are charged into a reactor being heated and fitted with an agitator and stirred at 85-95 C for 30 min followed by cooling and packing the finished product.
