FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves the use of half-finished product which is whitened flax and/or hemp cellulose bundles. The density of the bundles is 30-35 g/length meter. Prior to milling they are cut in lengths of 4-6 mm. Flax or hemp cellulose is milled with cotton cellulose till they are 17-25 mill deg, then they are mixed with cut viscose fibers and supplemented with cation resin. The resulting paper is dehydrated, dried and soaked with polyvinyl alcohol. EFFECT: higher product quality. 3 tbl
