SUBSTANCE: method relates to the field of pulp and paper industry and relates to a technology of processing cellulose-containing wastes, which provides the ability to reuse the obtained products of processing, in particular in production of special technical types of paper instead of primary cellulosic fibres. The method comprises milling the production wastes of tea filter bags in air medium, in a hammer mill, removing the ground material from it through the chamber with rarefaction of air, its dispersing in water, adding to the resulting dispersion of auxiliary components, an additional grinding of the fibrous mixture, adding to it of chemical additives to form paper pulp to produce paper from it.

EFFECT: development of technology of processing cellulose-containing wastes, providing the ability to reuse the resulting products of processing.
