FIELD: construction of roads and airfields. SUBSTANCE: reinforcing fabrics in pavement are located in slab lower zone just on the surface of rigid base of concrete or sand-cement with crossing of pavement movement joints. Movement joints crossed by reinforcement are located at distance of not more than 8 m from one another. Pavement may be furnished with additional movement joints, not crossed by reinforcements, located at distance of 60 to 120 m. In this case, slab upper zone adjacent to additional joints contain additional reinforcement. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 3 cl, 2 dwg
