Main myelin protein and lyophilized extract of white substance of normal and pathologic (from patient with multiple sclerosis) homologous brain was used as antigens. Described method is effective at diagnosis of phases of multiple sclerosis and enables to carry out purposeful pathogenetical therapy diagnosing disease phase.
