SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out biochemical blood examination to detect contents of substances which molecular mass is 300-5000 D, immunological blood examination to determine contents of T-lymphocytes and active T-lymphocytes and detecting sensitization to major myelin protein in inhibition reaction of leukocyte migration with cerebral antigen. Contents of substances which molecular mass is 300-5000 D being higher than 0.250 effective doses and/or T-lymphocytes and/or active T-lymphocytes number being below some reference value and/or sensitization to major myelin protein being detected, plasmapheresis is considered to be indicated to the patient.
