FIELD: thermal treatment of wood. SUBSTANCE: gas generating plant has fuel drier provided with system of supply of drying air with fans, heat exchangers heated with generated gases and apparatuses for cleaning of air going from drier, gas generator fitted with system for removal of ash, supply of blast air and cleaning of generator gases and pipe-lines. Number of columns is installed between drier and gas generator equipped with device for successive connection of each of them to fuel outlet from drier and fuel input into gas generator as well as to generator gas pipe-line. Inlet to device for connection of columns to generator gas pipe-line is coupled with outlet of gas from heat exchangers. Outlet of this device is connected to inlet of system of cleaning of generator gas for improvement of its quality. EFFECT: improved gas generating efficiency. 2 cl, 1 dwg
