FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to thermochemical treatment of moist organic substrates and to production of gaseous fuel. Proposed plant consists of mechanical drier (7), gas generator (1), wet washer (10) and electric power generator (13). Anaerobic biological filter (8) with gas outlet connected with said generator (13) is arranged between fluid flow outlet of said scrubber (10) and polishing device (9). Combustion product outlet of said generator (13) is communicated with drier (5) and heat exchanger (17). Drier (5) is arranged between outlet of mechanical drier (7) and gas generator (1) superimposed predistillation retort (2). Heat exchanger (17) is arranged between aerobic hydrolyser (6) and gas generator (1) blower (4). Fluid outlet of anaerobic biological filter (8) is connected additionally with fluid outlet of mechanical drier (7) behind which mounted is aerobic hydrolyser (6). Outlet of aerobic hydrolyser (6) is communicated with gas generator (1) fire-box (3). Multistart controlled valve (14) communicated with fluid outlet of mechanical drier (7) is arranged at fluid inlet of scrubber (10). Control device (15) of said controlled valve (14) is communicated with gas outlet of anaerobic biological filter (8).

EFFECT: lower level of man-made contamination of environments and higher efficiency of gas generators.
