FIELD: waste treatment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for combined thermal processing of wet solid waste of organic origin. The gas generator for the gasification of wet fuel includes a rectangular hopper consisting of two parts: the upper one for drying fuel and the lower one for pyrolysis, connected to the gasification chamber, a loading hatch, a gas outlet pipe, a humid air removal pipe, an air belt with tuyeres and an air supply pipe, a neck, an ash pan, a blow fan. The gas generator is equipped with a loading unit, a desiccant condenser, an evaporator, an oxygen concentrator located on the air supply line, heating elements, an air jacket and a steam jacket in the lower part of the gasifier, an ash removal screw, a fine mechanical gas purification filter, a regenerative heat exchanger. In this case, the loading unit includes an open jacket in the upper part filled with bulk material. The loading hatch contains a flanging placed inside the jacket and a cover connected to the flanging by an elastic gas-tight sleeve. The upper part of the fuel drying hopper is connected to the loading unit by a screw feeder, isolated from the lower part of the pyrolysis hopper by a sector feeder, contains heating elements in the form of an air jacket and cylindrical elements located inside the hopper and communicating with the air jacket. The desiccant condenser includes a condensate outlet pipe, air inlet and outlet pipes, a humid air inlet pipe and a dried air outlet pipe. The humid air removal pipe communicates with the humid air inlet pipe of the desiccant condenser, and the dried air outlet pipe is located coaxially inside the air outlet pipe, forming an ejector. The evaporator includes a liquid inlet pipe from a recuperative heat exchanger, a steam outlet pipe connected to a steam jacket at the bottom of the gasifier, and a gas inlet pipe communicating with the gas outlet pipe of the gas generator. The air jacket in the lower part of the gasifier communicates with the air belt, contains two ring gates inside with the possibility of vertical movement.
EFFECT: production of thermal and electrical energy.
