SUBSTANCE: device comprises undercutting shares mounted on frame, bar-type elevator canvas with paired rollers, spring-loaded take-up roller in upper side, and driving sprockets mounted eccentrically on drive shaft. Driving sprockets are assembled units comprising eccentric hubs secured to gear rims capable of relative movement which enables changing the value of eccentricity. EFFECT: changes of eccentricity ensure intensive separation without damage to root vegetables. 2 dwg
