Lower edge of the top is folded to form a cavity used to house a fixing aid in it. A groove is made along perimeter of lateral surface of the sole to house the lower edge of the top in it. The sole has an aid for grounding. On operation an operator slips the top over his foot, places his foot on the sole and tightens lower edge of the top by fixing it in the sole groove.
