SUBSTANCE: boot has top part provided with device for retaining it on foot and fastened on ground contacting member, which has supporting portion inclined to ground contacting portion. Apex of angle α of inclination of supporting surface to ground contacting surface is positioned at length extending from bundle zone to projecting point of sole portion of ground contacting member formed as sole or undersole. Ground contacting member has rigid supporting parts positioned in its toe part and flexible supporting or ground contacting surface, or hermetically sealed chambers positioned below and/or above foot. Chambers have common or individual valve for inflating each chamber so that excessive pressure is set in each chamber or may be provided with cavity where flexible member with branches inclined one toward another is positioned.
