FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: to treat tibia false joint they use external fixation rod apparatus in conjunction with bone plastics. False joint fracture area cover is realized with the help of fibula split area (vacuolated bone-muscular transplant, in particular). Split is fixed by spoke with support site, capable for little compression of transplant in direction of fracture, using nut on threaded end of spoke. Threaded tightening of rod fixer is made of magnetically hard material, for example of Х25К15ЮБ mark and is magnetized up to 0.4 - 0.6 T. Apparatus is made of instrumental steel and applied with chemically pure nickel. EFFECT: passing through apparatus parts and area of false joint, magnetic field decreases edema of extremity and facilitates bone fracture knitting. 2 cl, 1 dwg
