FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine, particularly traumatology and orthopedics, and can be applied in long bone pseudarthrosis treatment. Pseudoarthrosis is accessed without bone fracture movement and healing tissue dissection from between fractures, to form only superperiosteal bed for plate. Final edge corticotomy of one of the fractures is performed, with shifting of bone and periosteal and muscular flap aside. Endosteal decortication of both fractures is performed in bone through the formed hole, with medullar canal opening. Obtained intramedullar bone hollow is filled with collagen-containing material and bone chips out of local tissues. After fracture and blood-supplied bone fragment deposition, periosteal osteosynthesis is performed by a plate with limited contact of angular stabilisation. Non-dissolved crystalline chymotrypsin is injected to pseudoarthrosis area before wound suturing for enzyme stimulation of osteogenesis.

EFFECT: possible long bow integrity restoration after pseudoarthrosis, enhanced therapeutic effect, reduced trauma rate and surgical intervention duration, reduced rehabilitation period and post-operation complication risk.
