FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to traumatology and orthopedics. Access is created by making longitudinal cut through all tissues including periosteum. Subperiosteal zone of false joint or non-knitted fracture is exposed. Defective and/or changed portion of cortical layer is processed to bleeding bone. On processed portion of cortical layer of both fragments spongy transplant is laid and holes reaching bone marrow cavity are made in them. Transplant is fixed to its bed by means of ligatures passed around bone. Bone fragments are fixed in transosteal apparatus. After that soft tissues are sewn together with periosteum and not less than in 3 weeks compression of bone fragments is performed.
EFFECT: method ensures stimulation of regeneration processes and recovery of bone functions, acceleration of engraftment.
