FIELD: medicine, particularly, orthopedics; treatment of valgoid deformation of great toe. SUBSTANCE: this method prescribes removing exostosis, turning osteotomized head I of metatarsal bone by 180 deg axiswise, attaching it to proximal fragment of metatarsal bone using intraosseous allopin, passing allotendinous thread around this intraosseous allopin inside bone, and then pulling bone by thread to either head II or remaining metatarsal bones.
